Looking for an easy way to brighten and cozy up your room?  Check out this idea from a 4th/5th grade learning support teacher in Philly.  She used:

1.clearance fabric

2. ribbon

3. glue

That’s it!  I think that I could even do it and I am so NOT crafty.
